Edward, I just used the Uhaul to get mine to my new house and with a quick release bumper there's no ramps or lifts needed. Park it then put the bumper back on and strap it down.
Yes, but it can be hard on the tongue jack depending on how far up you have to go. A good alternative is to get the "oil change" ramps from Harbor Freight and back the truck's rear tires onto them.
my tow vehicle isn't ideal and never been used to tow before, just trying to make it work and also making sure i dont blow the air springs. When get more time before roll out, I will learn the behavior of the car when the rear are on rhino ramps

yup something to consider. I have the bottom cover tho. it's a bit hectic with work(check on client), rental day and race day commute. I just need to have everything ready(planned) and I think it(rental route) would work out. I think i'm all good with (LED)lights issues whew glad i had a chance to solve/test. fingerscrossed with cheapo winch i just ordered

Pro Awesome's splitter mount is calling your name. Get rid of the cover and rock a quick connect splitter along with bumper, problem solved!
Guess I never posted my rollback trailer here. Picked it up almost a year ago now and has been working great. The bed slides off the frame by backing the truck up and it's got a super low approach angle. I love not having to **** with ramps.
What brand trailer? I am tired of dealing with ramps and fender removal and am thinking about a Eureka lowing trailer, but they are stupid expensive.

It's a Kwik Load they've been making em for like 30 years. More expensive than a standard open deck but still way cheaper than something like a Futura. Picked mine up for $5500 but it was used. There are a few dealers for them around the country.
I've finally tested my rental trailer winch. I'm still trying to figure out a winch setup that stays with the trailer. Not sure why uhaul only charged me $30 for a 3 day-rental
This thing towed ok I think (3 hrs straight). 12.5 mpg keeping it at 80 mph.
I need to figure out a bed for sleeping so I might test some inflatable 'mattresses' fellow competitors rig for comparison :P
Thanks. I should be able to check my straps in shorter intervals with just a 24gal tank . those uhaul straps flapping in the wind is giving me ulcers. they always come loose! I will ziptie the rachets next time. i use 4 t-hooks as well
