boy this hasn't be bumped in a while but the new sequoia is looking pretty sweet

 

I'm buying a 2008, I think it is, with the larger motor. It tows up to 10,000 lb. Definitely selling my old Sequoia and buying that one.

 

yea i've got a 2011, it's been great. 10k lbs by the old measurement system, i think it's closer to 7000 in today's metrics but still good and has been really really good for towing. and, girlfriend likes waiting in that car better than being kicked out of the evo when my runs were up

 

Just sold that 2021 Yukon Denali Duramax. I'm usually sad to see anything go, but the WIFE was actually sad as in tears to sell that. For 2021 changes in trim that thing is just on another level. I've been seeing the Caddy version sell for 135 at auction and 150 retail for the Prem/Lux versions. Sex on wheels. But ya the Seq's are sick too. I see them ALL the time now. There was even a Limo version of an '11 that had a wood floor, segmented seating with a huge flat screen, reclining chairs and the works lol.

What year did they stop making the baby Stroke? That may be a good seller. Edit - nevermind, they simply put the money into the twin turbo gassers since they can't get a diesel right lol. For 2022 the 3.0 Max is said to do 13k lbs.

 

July of 2021 I believe when they stopped allowing you to place online orders.

However, the 3.0 Power Stroke is actually being released in the Philippines. I heard SOME rumor from a group that they started taking a few new orders? But supposedly for a very small limited time. This is good news as parts for the engine will likely be around for a good while. I'm loving mine and no issues with it so far.

 

Had the new raptor tow a GTR to/from California for a client for a track day.

And have also had it on a few off-road adventures now. It does great and off roads nicely. Super happy with it.

 

The Raptor seems so universally useful for having fun. Love that truck.

 

Mine's been sitting under 6" of snow in the backyard for the past couple weeks. I need to remind myself to drive it again soon

For new ATC I’ve got a couple from Mike Wooglom at Cargo trailer sales. Sent a couple buddies there as well. IMO best place in the US to get an ATC. I’d also check out Intech.

 

such a random bump here but I swapped in new alpharex nova headlights to my sequoia (from stock oem halogens) and it is so much better. i actually also tried the morimoto headlights which use reflectors and they were awful.

I think these could be easily cut out of 4x2"s, but i'm not sure what kind of shop would do something like this?
