I have tried the manual method of bleeding as well as the Motive. Every time I'm bleeding, absolutely no air bubbles have been coming out.
The slave I replaced a few months ago was a OEM slave. I wish I would have kept the one I threw away so I could have thrown it back on to see if this was somehow the cause.
The car is still at B&M Performance in Minnesota. They are finally tearing into it today - I HOPE to hell they can find out what's wrong and I can get it back by Friday, but things are looking pretty grim...
Crossing this before I leave work: Sebring 2001-2004 Stratus 2001-2005 Eclipse 2000-2005 Lancer 2003-2006 Sachs SH6176 fits Mirage and Outlander as well.
I would not use an aftermarket slave. Dorman, Perfection Clutch (Borg Warner), Sachs may be better but I sell this **** professionally and it's all junk.
OEM Mitsu slave or nothing. Last time I bought one they weren't too pricey under $100. New one didn't come with a restriction pill either so I wonder if Mitsu revised the slave over the years.
Here's what they have found so far. Keep in mind the event before this issue got really bad, we push started the car like 14 times that day due to my starter failure. Coincidence?
It looks like I will have a big project in front of me coming up! Yesterday, transmission popped the error light and stopped going to 2nd, 4th, and 6th gear (SST trainy that is), Having 1st, 3rd, and 5th still gets you around, but it doesn't look good. Yet, this morning it worked as expected, even though I made sure not to push anything harder during the 15 min drive.

Any idea where to start with this issue?
Pull the trans and send it out for a going through. Its likely either losing the Even gear clutch pack or the 2-4 shift fork magnet is falling off/covered in metal.

So, when you say "send it out", who are reputable places that I should engage with these days regarding these trainies?
One more thing I forgot to add. When I lost even gears I was on the way to gym. On the way home, when I started driving, I had all 6 gears, but in a minute or so, the same thing happened again. The next morning, I had to drive to work and since that is the only car I could use I started driving. Luckily my work is under 10 min drive and it even has a couple of miles on the highway. During that drive, I had all 6 gears available to me and car was acting normal. The same happened on the way home.
So, there is one more thing that I would like to mentioned here. For last 10 years or so, every time I would pair my phone with the car, it would work for a few months and then it would forget about it, so another pairing session was required. About 6-9 moths ago my AYC pump stopped working, but after I pulled it off and opened it, I couldn't see nothing wrong in there. As a matter of fact, all of those bolts came loose on its own! At the same time I also lost ability to pair my phone. Pressing on any of those three buttons on the left bottom side of my steering wheel, stopped responding altogether!
Since all of those components are connected via CAN bus, could I have something sending crappy values down the bus and affecting other components here and there? I did have some strange bucking of the car here and there for a while, but that went away. That would be another thing that could have been affected by the bus messages. Does this hypotheses has any merits?
Sometimes the SST ecu, which is inside the trans, goes bad and gives similar symptoms. Having said that my money is on the magnets/sensors.
As for the AYC pump... the X has an issue with the pump motor which goes bad and the pump dies with the hydraulic part being good. Sometimes only some of the motor windings go bad and you get a motor that will sometimes work on the test bench, and when you install it in the car and then die after a day.... Another option is the pressure sensor which can die.
