No big updates. Car is running pretty well. I've been tuning the past week or so. It's fun to do pulls and see how things change on Virtual Dyno. Thanks to those of you (and years of forum posts) to help me.

ETS LIPC will be here Monday! My first real bolt-on.

Current issues with the car that I need to fix.

1. I'm leaking a little water again. I'm pretty upset about this. It's a VERY small leak, so I'm not in a hurry. I may just get a new water pump and new bolts this time. I'd also like to install a Fluidampr while I'm back at it.

2. I have (and have always had) issues with the RPM bump when shifting and something catching my revs as they fall. Sometimes my idle will stick at 2 or 3k. If I give the gas a bump, it'll settle back down. Frustrating.

3. AC. Summer is coming and I need to fix it. Condenser has a hole in it and I know my blend door is fubar. Gotta replace the box behind the dash.

4. Radio. I miss it. Picking up a head unit soon and need to order a radio relocation kit.

5. Ordered some new polish, wax, and microfiber today. Hoping for good results. Gotta protect that black paint!

Hey, I'm pretty excited. I just found my strut tower brace. I've looked around and have never known which one it was. Found this randomly on STM's website.

Other than that, my front tires are wearing badly. Possibly tie rod ends.

You mentioned that you and I have the same ROM and I have the exact issues you describe. I think its a common issue with paticular version from what I've read. Also, my car wants to stall when coming to a stop and engaging the clutch. Have you made any progress in figuring those issues out?

I haven't messed with it, yet. I was assuming it was related to my IACV, maybe I should dig a little deeper.

I started working on an oil cooler bracket yesterday and found that my almost new front tires have some massive inner wear. I ordered new inner tie rods last night and am trying to see if I can afford the Whiteline RCK or if I just need to order tie rod ends.

Also, I found SuperPro's trc0001. It looks to be a competing kit to the Whiteline. I haven't found that anyone has used it. It's a bit cheaper, I might give it a whirl.

Got a couple things in.

I'm scared to see the pads on the car. Hopefully my rotors will be okay being turned. Not in the budget right now.

Shouldn't have bought this, but it was a good price used:

And I'm sure this won't be my last. I'm excited to see how you like the 71 and the FP manifold.

Almost finished with one of my oil cooler brackets.

Gotta do the bolt holes, enlarge my "speed holes", and bolt it up so I can work on the other bracket.

Oil cooler is actually hanging in the car! Yay! The second mount was very easy to fab up. Eyeballed it pretty well. I'll get a picture when I pull the bumper to do the lines.

Oil cooler finished up. I'll get pictures the next time I pull the bumper. First time working with AN fittings. That was fun. Also replaced the outer tie rod ends. I bought inners, but Autozone's tool wouldn't fit. I'll hang on to them.

I've been polishing and waxing the car a section at a time for the past few days. Hoping to have it finished by the weekend. I hate polishing, but it's worth it. I have some old car buddies coming up next weekend and want to have her looking great.

Those fittings are super nice right? Seal up well and look good too.

Yeah, they're pretty great. Just used tape on the pipe fittings going into the cooler and the oil filter housing.

Got my rear brakes done this weekend. Centric premium blanks and Girodisc Magic Pads. I'll bleed them all this coming weekend and bed them properly.

Probably the easiest brake job I've ever done.

Sold my strut bar. Ordered a new DC Sports. I think it'll look better in my engine bay.

Last pic with the old bar. Didn't look bad cleaned up, just not a big fan of the red.
