Utah Evos
He's a regular to checking his one post on the warrenty, but he spends most of his time on s2ki.com, but good point. Learn to fix it myself though...do you have any idea who you're talking to? Lol, how much are the samco hoses and t-clamps?
T-clams are fairly cheap and available at auto supply stores sometimes (like the big checkers in murray, maybe), or at hardware stores. If not, order them from Summit Racing, they have good prices and no tax. The samco intercooler hoses are anywhere from about 250 to 280 depending on where you get them from. Check places like vivid or vishnu for those.

Yeah, but the dealership, and everyone there that looked at the car said NO car, ever, should run out of oil that fast. The point was that it ran out of oil because of a manufacturing defect and Mitsubishi expected the cust. (me) to make up for that by putting a 1/4 of a quart in a day...I guess, how often do you guys have to put oil in your cars with all the shiz done to them? You don't need to answer that, Ben already told me he hardly uses any, 3000 miles into a new car and I'm completly out of oil? Just seems odd if you ask me. So yeah, it broke because of oil starvation, but that oil starvation had nothing to do with me, unless they wanted me pumping 5-6 bucks into the car every 4 days just for oil. As for the DP and Exhaust, that's what I was planning on first, plus a high-flow cat and as for the intake side, i've heard doin much of anything there causes serious idling issues

I still think I want to replace the clutch and flywheel asap, that gets rid of a lot of risks there, but there's so much more to a car than that...anyway, I think I saw you leaving for lunch today astro, going west downtown at like 12ish when i was riding trax
And worse yet I didn't get back home and to bed until 2:30 AM.
The AEM EMS rev limiter is set to 4800 RPM because of the exhaust restriction. Motor is fully built and with the 2.22 L setup the exhaust is fairly restrictive at even 5K RPM.
With respect to the parental units and future mods ... give up!

Which track and where, as I remember, I averaged about a second faster than you at autocross, granted I was in a substantially more moddified car, but nonetheless, I will be glad to bring it to the track
... AS for any idiot can drive in a straigt line, those were my thoughts my first time at the drag strip, however i've since changed my mind
I used to co-drive a blue wrx. It ran with black 5-zigen wheels and victo-racers. I've yet to auto-x my evo. The last event I was at was the first wendover event this year. I co-drove a white sti. I don't mean to come across as an arrogant *****, I just remember racing street modified when your s2k was virtually stock, and the time differences between the stock cars and the street modified cars was substantial. I would really like to see how a boosted s2k works at this altitude, that is why I asked if you'd like to make a pull sometime. I think, in order to put either of our cars to the test, we'd need to do it on a road coarse. My turbo is much too large to be effective on an autocross course. Anyhow, don't take this the wrong way, it's all in good fun...........
