The copper crush washers that FP supplied me with worked fine for my oil line. I tightened them per factory torque specs, no leaks. My problem was at the part where the line screws into the fitting, that's where it leaked on me. I returned my line to FP to get get it replaced.

I just ordered 4 filters and 4 sets of crush washers from FP. They worked good for me

Not sure if I'm just seeing things in this picture or what. Anyhow, just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue with getting it to seal there and whether they've used a different (wider) crush washer.

Thanks!
Question for you, did it leak right when you started up the car?? or you drove it for a bit and it started to leak?? OR when you put the oil in, it started to leak before you were even able to start it?

Will a factory Evo 9 Wastegate Actuator suffice at 28-30psi or should it be upgraded to the HP or Forge? Am I going to see a significant change in boost consistency?

It's a slow leak. I see it after driving around and it's not a ton of oil or anything. But a little oil goes a long ways in making a mess.

stock turbo?? I know on stock 9 turbo with stock actuator you can peak 30 but it doesn't hold 30. (Using meth of course)

It should if you don't want to run too much boost.

I'm on double pumps and plan on tuning for 28-30psi. I'm trying to get my hands on the HP actuator from FP but they never have any in stock.

Thanks for all the info guys. I'm going to try to link up with a local tuner and see what information they can give me on my goals.

I know this question im about to ask is sorta vague, but....

I got a FP Red w/ 80mm + ported, and will be using the stock manifold + o2 which will be also extremely ported.

What is the most efficient and best UICP and LICP for this turbo or evo's in general? I want piping that will give the least restriction and flow the best. My car also came with a Forge BOV, should I keep this or move to something different? I have a PERRIN FMIC, and the piping I have now is black (uicp/licp) but looks rather small compared to other piping brands like AMS's.

My goal is no less then 450/450 on a mustang dyno. Im more then likely going to be running E85.

probably the Buscher piping, I'm running the ETS and I have no regrets!! get rid of the Forge (imo) "synapse"

what o2 are you using?
