I think 600 at full tilt on e85 could be achievable, out of curiosity, which block?

Machine work was done by Watt Bigham and final assembly was done by me. Watt has built a lot of motors for Tony Palo aka Tony1.

Engine specs. Turbo tuffs, Mahle pistons 85.5mm, AMS balance shaft and AL crank pulley

best way to reach 400 with reliability and without turbo upgrade or messy idle (cams). car is a DD

mod list
330 awhp 333 tourque (pump gas, 23psi - i have the dyno chart)
Greddy Profec B spec II electronic boost controller
2 boost maps - 18psi, 23psi (Dyno tuned by TurboTrix in Sept 07)
Walboro 255 fuel pump
Full 3" Turbo XS turbo back exhaust w/test pipe
HKS SSQV BOV (re-circulated for idle)
HKS Intake
HKS Turbo Timer

ACT 3200 extreme clutch
ACT Streetlite flywheel

I think port polish exhaust mani, o2 housing, IM, bigger throttle body, LICP w/ETS or AMS 3" IC. probably up the fuel injectors to possibly up the current boost settings a little.

I may have named everything but i would like to know from a better standpoint of people who build the cars before i move to that direction in the near future.

all of those mods will improve efficiency, I would go with a better FMIC than a 3" a small turbo is going to pump out some crazy hot air

cool. is there a preference or should i just move upto a 3.5? i don't want to have to modify my front crash if i don't have too. the ets 3.5 does not require any mods.

How much will I gain using this setup?

I made 360/340 running on 91 @ 25psi with a green. I will soon be running with a 80MM Red and aquamist @ 30psi on 91. Does anyone have an idea where this might put me. Thanks!

Aquamist HFS-5
Buschur Exhaust
PTE 1000cc Inj
25psi
Kelford 272's

injecting meth I assume? for reference most of my FP red customers do 430's on 93 octane and 520's on c16/e85 like fuels. You'll probably want to watch the torque on the stock shorty, you have the potential to make too much.

you'll most likely need cams if you want 320-350hp on an old VIII turbo...should make 300 for sure tho
