+1. I actually post 390-400 WHP VD numbers on an evo 8.5 turbo, 28 pounds of boost falling to 24 on pump gas. Certainly is possible with the right combinations and supporting mods.

I need to get a slim fan?

I did have to trim the blades and the right side of the shroud to be able to use the stock fan, not a biggie though, pretty easy to do.

i was previously thinking of going FP green, but after reading this thread i may go with the 25g 11.5 with a billet wheel. supporting mods will be a 2.0 long rod block, gsg s2 cams w/ springs and retainers, ets 3.5 fmic and ets pipes, 1200cc injectors (for e85 if i decide to use it), ported intake mani, and other little things (see sig)

im hoping for 420~440 ish on 91 but i may have to go with 91+meth or straight to e85

im also interested to see what a long rod 2.0 will do with the 25g. anyone have any input on my goals?

With your set up you should easily put down more than 440-450 on pump, E85 should be real fun on your set up, Long rods will allow you to run higher rpms so that's always a good thing, specially with the 11.5 housing making power on the top end !

I kinda wanted one of these but I had a buddy get one back in 2011 and it didn't perform well. It spooled slower than bigger jb t3 turbos and didn't make much power. Think it made 277whp on buschurs dyno on 20+ psi. Maybe he just got a bad one lol

I have the same mods only with stock block. I ordered the billet 25g w/10.5 and billet wga cause for some reason they don't offer the billet CW with 11.5 on their site. It's been on order for 2 weeks cause the cnc machine was not working and couldn't cut my wheel. It needs to show up already, got a fresh barrel of e85 to see what it can do at 30psi. I'll keep you posted on results with VD.

What size line are you running? Did you use a restrictor? What size restrictor? I went the route of buying the compressor housing and 25g wheel and did the necessary machining to the cartridge. Recently had a failure which could be tied to oiling. I am running the stock oil supply from the head. The internals (thrust plate etc.) were not upgraded.

Any advise since I just re-ordered a new wheel and gonna give it a shot again?
Thanks in advance.

The line is -4an line, i got it from Kinugawa's site, i'm not running a restrictor, restrictors are mostly for ball bearing turbos which don't need the extra oil pressure. Definitely update to the oil filter housing feed line .

Do you have a link/ or picks of oil feedlines you're using. I'm not sure which line to use on their website. And are you drawing from the head?
