No regrets yet on my X. Haven't done too much yet, though. I did order the CBRD BBX....

Here is my biggest regret. 2002 Trans Am WS6. Darton sleeved 427. Going to go turbo but it all fell apart. First mechanic went bankrupt and took 15k of my money with him. Second mechanic took 18 months to do a fraction of the work I paid him for so I abandoned the project. After spending 38K on the car and 75k on parts and labor, I sold it to my mechanic for 30k. After all this I swore off fast cars and bought a Prius. Glad I recently bought my X though!

Check out my old website for the Trans Am:

Oh, and it almost cost me my marriage... Good times.

i bought my vortex roof diffuser, it is a fake carbon fiber, but fit pretty good. Had it for a year now, no problems brother.

i forgot to mention one regret for my evo 8 are the Rota 18" pf45 black/red lip wheels. The size are 18x9.5" with a 30+ offset. I bought these on ebay brand new. The back rims fit fine, on the front rim, i either have to put a
spacer to clear the caliper , but then the wheels stick out like an inches, look horrible. So i decided to grind like half an inches on the spoke to clear that caliper without using a spacer. It was pain in the butt. This rota pf45 wheels suck.

I very much regret my AEM short ram intake. The fitment was horrible, it needed surgery to install and the hood hits the filter everytime. In my opinion it was a waste of 230 bucks.

I also regret the Vishnu XEDE that I bought. I bought it when it was the thing to have and literally 2 weeks later I saw them going for 50 bucks on ebay. I didn't even get the darn thing installed yet! Come to think of it, it's still sitting in my garage. Anyone wanna buy an Xede shaped paperweight? -stuie

I wish I went with ETS short route UICP/LICP/intake combo instead of Injen.

Installing Megan Coilovers. Bought them for super cheap here. Rebuilt/Revalved them, hate them because I spent more for the rebuild then for a new mid-level quality c/o's.

I wish I never modded the damn thing. I love it to death, but its my only car and at times, I wish I didn't have it. Some say to get a beater, but why get an old busted car to have your more expensive car sitting at home in peices? I have a feeling i'll be getting back into a BMW sometime in 2012. You can find a Certified E90 M3 in the $30's these days.

I love mitsu's (i'm on my 2nd evo and had 2 DSMs), but I can't keep one around too long cuz I get way too modd happy.

This is true. I receive NO LOCK OUT. Clutch works great for me.

No regrets just because i never modded it. 1 thing for sure is.. the bushur racing 3" exhaust with the magnaflow muffler is THE best muffler i have heard and had.
