I was lean before I drilled the siphon. Did drilling it make it leaner? I was having a small fuel leak at the FPR on the return side and trying to alleviate some of the pressure.

Anyone have any issues with this pump on e85?

I maxed out my W255 with my setup and need more fuel. (Fp black, 1450s, 272s, e85, walbro 255)

I am looking for more power but with reliability in mind also. Plan is to get this pump and push the FP black to get around 500-550WHP. So install it, and take it to my tuner simple as that (no AN feed line needed)? Also can anyone explain drilling out the return line? I would rather leave it alone if possible. Thanks!

Drilling out the siphon is very easy. Im having an issue now but not 100% sure what it is just yet. It may be a mistake on my part... My car seems to not want to got WOT (kinda studders), if I roll off the throttle a little it picks up. Anyone have any insight?

I have not had issues with mine and E85 is all it has seen the past few months. But, I'm taking it out since I just installed a 6466. Twin 255s or twin 340s are going in. I have the 400lph pump.

is it only going lean under wot? Idle is ok? Could be that you are possible pushing the pump out of the top of the housing. Did you use one o ring on the top nipple? did you trim the nipple?

^maybe I should just go double pumper. Most of the people I've talked to here local have had these and they failed. Guys making good power most run double pumpers, just thought this would be cheaper and less complicated.
Not bashing on these, just really question how long they last before they fail. If anyone has one that has lasted a while please chime in!

Does this look right to you guys? Im trying to see why my car started leaning out with no fueling changes on my part. Ive pushed the orings to the bottom of the grommet but they have room to slide back down as shown in the pics.

If its on the outlet of the FPR, then its either simply a problem with the hose, or its fuel pressure overrun. I saw the latter when my W416 was set to turn on too early. Also, its worth noting that during startup, the fuel pump runs at full voltage, and even with a drilled siphon, the pressure in the return line can be momentarily fairly high.
