Please let me know if the ebay one works. I'm planning to do this in 3 months when I move to Miami.

I wouldn't expose any electrical connections with E85, specially close to each other, Ethanol unlike regular gasoline is conductive.

I bought the E85 version from Amazon for $141.67. (Walbro F90000267 450 LPH)

Prime too so it was free 2 day shipping.

Ok I'm doing this mod now and I'm having a small problem. I've done the trimming of the housing and the bottom piece doesn't seem to wanna snap back on. 2 of them do pretty tight, but the 3rd one is flaring out.

thank god, I thought I effed my housing up. Also my stock black rubber grommet is visible just a hair even with the 2-injector O-rings installed. Problem?

Did you cut the top barb? It needs to be trimmed

yes I did cut the top barb off, also smoothed the inside and outside. It was just showing a tiny bit. It is installed now and the car started so we will see how it goes...

Sounds good man. Congrats. If you ever have issues with fuel pressure (which you shouldn't ) you can drill the siphon out to 9/64 and that will alleviate some of it. I'm on a stock rail with a rewired 450 and all is well here

I thought a rewire would overrun the stock FPR? Whats your fuel pressure? My car should be about 520ish.

Not sure on the pressure. No gauge.
See my signature. Using e85

Ok, getting into my tune and at higher pressure, it looks like my return is leaking at the FPR. Overrunning the FPR? I drilled the siphon and it seems no change. Car is going lean.
