so what do you think ?
think the evo will lose to a GTR
also the depend on the driver too
the price is 1 k to 2 k more then the evo 9
so you still want a GTR for 70k or an evo x that is less then 40k
beside you can always upgrade
hey i like the GTR too but can't afford one
so evo will do fine
is like a girl friend kinda
tell you the truth my evo 8 to me is my wife

Here ae some pics, and info from a search I did for 2007 Lancer Evo: Cant say I like the looks, but listen to the list-o-goodies:
Six speed Automatic manual Tranny with paddle shifters on the steering wheel.
Active steering
Active suspension
Active brake control
Horsepower rumored to be above 300!
Im guessing on the price:
Mid thirties?

^^^^ Def gonna bump the prices up a bit, not so much. But lets say the RS to us is starts at 29k, most likely it;ll be 32 k for the Evo. So the MR will start off at 38-39 thus makin it a 40k car. But im jus speculating, we jus have to wait and find out
well so far with the price they can't rise it too much or too high cause remember they have subura sti to deal with so don't worry too much about the price cause they know better
beside the price on the evo x u can get one with the invoice or lower then that cause i am not paying no saleman and no dealer money anyway
save those money on mode and stuff on the new evo x
->Horsepower rumored to be 360! and there will still be a special one that is 400hp
left the sti behind
you u see is dust.......

Just think of it this way, you will still be paying less then people here in Canada
assuming that the EVO X will make it to Canada and we wont get screwed like before with the EVO 8 and 9.
Btw, the loaded STI now is about $52,000+ that's approx if you convert to US currency = $45,537.91 USD.
So the EVO 9 MR now for $36,000USD is like savings of $10,000.

A lot of the development costs for the chassis were shared by multiple companies. Hopefully that'll offset much of the new tooling costs and help to keep the price of the car down as well. Sticker on my 05 SSL was $34,700 with all the goodies. Yeah, I paid substantially less than that but I also waited until Sept. of 05 to buy it.
