Read my post. I'm using the battery which comes as part of the Buschur Racing Deluxe kit (UI pipes + battery kit) and a total weight of 19.5 lbs (just the battery itself.)

According to your statement, you are saving 40lbs. just from the battery, which means your battery must weigh 0.0 lbs. What's your secret?

 

i can't tell you my cause don't think CyberEvo owner or the HKS evo owner will tell you there secert
but there are battery that only weight 6 lbs

PLEASE proof read what you're writing and run a spell-check on everything and anything you intend to post. Your grammar and spelling is so awful I have to re-read everything you write and try to figure out what the hell you're trying to say. It's like breaking a secret code. I pity any high school teacher that had to suffer through your writing assignments. Uh, if you ever did any of them that is.

 

Man this thread has nearly 600 pages, so I'm not sure if these have been posted yet or not, but when i first saw them i intial reaction was "And God said...let there be a REAL automobile"!

So maybe can it be said that Mitsubishi is calling on a new market crowd for the EVO X and the hardcore rally driven EVO is dead?

I think there is a fine line between race inspired and daily driver when it comes to an evo. You can't look back on the history of the EVO and not notice the civility being added more and more to a car that started off as mainly a race car production version. So bring on the nav unit, ESC, and "the X is ugly" tritechs cause its an EVO weither you like it or not.

I just realized something. This board is going to get messy when the X comes out and those owners start arguing with the VIII/IX owners. Too bad only few will accept both of them, just like the few who manage to avoid the Evo/STi pissing match...
