I appreciate the support. I know I would not say it unless I believed it. I believe it cause I have seen it for myself and because I talk to 20-40 Lancer owners a day, 6 days a week. They like to talk and I listen. I learn from them everyday. I share it here on EVOM! Done.

Custom would be cheaper and easier (not bashing RRM, just saying). I'd be surprised if RRM did one, but you never know.

FWIW, there's always Brian's how-to writeup from his old Lancer. Should be all the same.

I think a relocation kit would not be that popular.

I am one man with a rag tag army of drunks to work with, no one does anything around here unless some Budwiser is attached to it.

but i guess great things were discovered or created, while being drunk

I know what that's like. You're lucky you get away with Bud...my friends are picky and won't even show up for anything less than Sam Adams or Guinness. Anyway, I think a relocation kit would be too much change without enough progress: relocating a battery for a CAI that's only going to net you a handful of HP just seems like wasted effort. Also, if the trunk isn't properly vented, it can cause a buildup of poisonous fumes (in lead-acid batteries anyway) if the inside of the trunk gets too hot.

For any fans of WRC (and if you're not a fan, you should be): "The climax of the World Rally Championship in Ireland narrowly escaped disaster when a lorry-load of pigs overturned close to the route. Stewards were caught on the hoof at the high-speed event - watched by up to 45 million people around the globe - when police attention was diverted to the livestock crash. Some 160 pigs spilled out from the three-tier truck when it overturned on a main national road into Sligo, which is hosting the final stages of an international rally."

No wasnt refering to relocating the battery to the trunk, way to much effort. but a battery in the place of where the INTAKE STOCK BOX is now is enough to get it out of the way and not be far off from the battery wires / grounds

Ah, I see. I filled in my own blank and assumed you were talking about the trunk. Putting it where the airbox is seems like a good place, though. It might be in the way of a couple of things, but then again, so is the stock airbox.
