RRM Short Ram Intake discussion thread
man i wish i could live by you evo soul..not to sound creeperish..lol i wish i could be around someone that knows **** about cars....a battery relocation to the airbox location.. i wonder how evo x trunk is going to be...
lol hey math isnt my strong suit but to pay all due respect to car jocks / racers, and i guess i can speak about professional racers or at least not talk about kids pumped up on to much hormones.
But yes from the engineering side everything has to do with math, its why racers / drivers trust there techs so much. but driving a car doesnt require much math, its something based on instinct and expereience, sometimes more one then the other depending on the situation, but if you get what i mean, its about the feel of a car, the ability to drive it and feel whats wrong, or whats good, or just plainly whats different. And even more important, the ability to take those notes and convey them back to your engineers to say, ok this is all wrong, its terrible. but this is good.
A good driver, regardless of what generation driver or racer he is, if he has been driving something for a long time, he should have the ability to instantly know when something is different.
About the comments about me knowing stuff, lol idont, but i did stay at a holiday in!
jokin, nah just alot of trial and error, alot of screw ups, alot of fixing. But I would describe myself as the driver type instead of the engineer. I just have a good team of brains to work with and they generally do work if enough beer is handy
lol i didnt say i was a good driver though, maybe above average? unless you cut me off
