Skunk 2. The crack was most likely caused by me. When it first started leaking I thought it was just lose from when I installed the new injectors so I tightened it up.
When what was really wrong is the oring was bad. No worries found a new one for $100 online. So all fixed now.
Heres my mates R33 GTR with an RB30/26 motor with an 8374 1.05 rear. Car is an absolute monster to drive. Boost is currently capped as the road rage gauge didnt work so no idea of shaft speeds. Most a car has done on this dyno with an 8374 is 480kw here in Straya 😉
Did not go well. Got to packwood around 9:30am. Unloaded the car. Smelled e85 found a leak at the fuel rail. Thought I car it fixed but when I was siting in grid it started leaking again. So pulled the car out and found a crack in the fuel rail. Loaded car back on trailer and started drinking. Car is fixed now but no autocross tell September. R-comp for sure next year
That's very unfortunate! However, the upside is the car did not go up in flames, so there is that
P.S September is only a few weeks away so mind you!
Still the same Evo 9 with 2.4 and R2 cams.
This is the 9174 thats been on the car for over a year now. Look at that power under the graph! And holding 750hp for nearly 2500rpm. This was 39psi spike
tapering to 37psi.
Update! We got my car sealed up and running, but it had a weird miss at idle. Turns out the belt tensioner went bad and the timing jumped a couple teeth. Good news is no damage and a tune is going to happen the next weekend my tuner is free.
look at world time attack champions. EFR turbos on evo. Japanese teams shops see this, they use EFR now.
these shops you listed are all drag racers. they sell precision, fp, garrett,, of course they do not use these
