tech said: coz you have to install it and reconnect some wires

tech said: it doesnt matter, your wire warranty already void when you install your alarm but your original dealership should covers it np but not from national mitsubishi dealership.

Question what does ANTi-corrosion/ Perforation?
Note that i see it on the Warranty form but what does it mean and what does it cover...

 

I think that part of the warranty covers against rust and pitting of the body.

 

The EVO does not come with a warranty..

 

You might as well tear that paper up. I have had my evo for just over a year, bought new. I have rust spots in my door jam and trunk jam. Both are close to an edge or corner of the panel so they say it was from a rock or something, nothing they can fix. Both spots look identical but they are only about 1/8 inch round.

I got an 05 EVO from a dealer in So Cal, but I don't want to metion who... I recorded the conversation and created an MP3 file. I spoke with the Service Director at the dealership I bought the car from to see if a Turbo Timer would void the warranty. He said, No way and went on to say that I could add a CAI and Cat Back Exhaust also covered under warranty... I am pretty much covered

you have the remainder of the 3year 36,000 mile warranty.

 

could be 5 year w/ an 05. also 10 year powertrain warranty if nothing has been modded. one thing about buying a used evo is to make sure the warranty is still good. would suck if it was already listed as voided from mods.

 

the 10yr/100k powertrain warranty does not transfer over, just the 5yr/60k bumper-to-bumper

 

are you sure about the powertrain, i bought my car used from a dealership, and all warranties transfered over, both 36,000 mile and 100,000 miles, mitsubishi has infact honored it since the purchase
