COBB AccessTUNER Pro for 2008 EVO X (merge)
I haven't disconnected the fan, and it's worked for me every time... I do make sure that I'm not playing the stereo and lights, heated seats, AC, etc... is all off though...
Hi Rob, any word on the stage 2 map from Cobb?
Thanks!
Thanks!
We're finishing up the boost fix and adding other useful monitors for both AccessTuner Pro and Race along with the AP logging. Lots of other cool stuff is coming out at well. AP install will take ~3mins with saving the stock ROM
Change map in 20-40 sec.
We're working to have that all tested and out by the end of next week. At worst case, the following week.

So will COBB make posts to this thread and/or forum when they add/update their maps or will they have some news on their own website? I've often wondered where do I go to see the latest news on any AP developments.
Rob,
I sent you a PM with my questions but figured I should just post on here in case someone else has the same question. What is the sample rate of the build in data logger? Is it depndant on the number of channels you log at once? If so, how many channels can you record max? Also, how much (time wise) data can you record at once? Is that dependant on the number of channels as well? I guess I am just trying to get a better description of the data logging capabilites of the AccessPort.

I just finished up the PM before I found your post. You are more than welcome to post up what I sent, although the number maybe changing slightly as we add new parameters for logging.
Thanks,
Sample rate for the logger is 5-20Hz depending on how my parameters are requested. You should be able to request all the parameters we allow at once, although there should be no need. The power of the logging is more than adequate for tuning or data analysis.
We can loosely record up to 10 hours of data, but we limit the number of files stored on the device to 10.
This coming week we will be adding several new custom monitors aiding in tuning. We will be releasing AccessTuner Race at the same time which also has the capability to log.
Thanks,
