The paddles do look pretty nifty. I especially like their size and the fixed mount. Thanks for posting the pics. I have to admit that I'm still on the fence when it comes to not having a third pedal, as I love the flexibility and control of a fully manual gearbox.

Just let the invisible hand of the market set the price, it's the most efficient for both consumers and producers. Your idea is the basis of communism...which in theory works in a perfect world, but human instincts overrides it everytime.

hahahaha...... "Price Ceiling"..... the "Invisible hand" never would have thought i would here these terms out side of my econ classes.. especially in a evo forum. well said though..

LOL, I guess everyone has different tastes and opinions but I dont think Evo X can get much more uglier than the current ricey looking Evo VIII and IX.

I hope the outlander is sign of things to come for Mitsu vehicles. It definitely seems like a step in the right direction. I would have to think that if they are using mag for a piece as simple as a shift lever there would be higher than current quality plastics and controls inside the upcoming X and they will still be fairly weight conscious.

im glad the paddle shifters are column mounted and not steering wheel mounted for us "shuffle" steering folk

I love the new look.... I liked the old look but the big wing kinda drove me nuts (loved the performance, hated the size) but not enough to get the ugly small one

If it drives well and is fast, im happy, the interior needs a upgrade for a $35k car

I hope the paddle shifters are an option, I'd prefer it without them.
