Lancer Evolution X News, Info, Pics, etc... | [ALL THREADS MERGED]
The paddles do look pretty nifty. I especially like their size and the fixed mount. Thanks for posting the pics. I have to admit that I'm still on the fence when it comes to not having a third pedal, as I love the flexibility and control of a fully manual gearbox.

Also, if there's less demand the price should natually drop anyways...and same reasoning goes with the dealers...if there's super high demand, why would he sell to you at a lower margin when he knows he can sell it at sticker or above sticker? He'll jump ship from this idea as well.
Just let the invisible hand of the market set the price, it's the most efficient for both consumers and producers. Your idea is the basis of communism...which in theory works in a perfect world, but human instincts overrides it everytime.

I hope the outlander is sign of things to come for Mitsu vehicles. It definitely seems like a step in the right direction. I would have to think that if they are using mag for a piece as simple as a shift lever there would be higher than current quality plastics and controls inside the upcoming X and they will still be fairly weight conscious.
im glad the paddle shifters are column mounted and not steering wheel mounted for us "shuffle" steering folk
I love the new look.... I liked the old look but the big wing kinda drove me nuts (loved the performance, hated the size) but not enough to get the ugly small one
If it drives well and is fast, im happy, the interior needs a upgrade for a $35k car
