Hey roadspike, do you need me to go in boost with those maps you sent me?

and if so how long do I need to stay in boost? I have a highway thats 5 mins from my location If you need me to test it, and if I dont need to be in boost that long I have a short parking lot I can do it at? Just let me know what I need to log.

ok finally after two days I got a chance to test the two roms you sent me road spike, im liking the first one you sent me, not really the second one, when I accelerate into boost my afrs go exactly to 11.5 .... but then my afrs start going up to where it looked like 13.5 but I le off the gas before I could go any higher. I manage to get some logs on the highway to where I could actually test it out. When I keep accelerating into boost im still getting those blinking engine check lights, so basically I can only stay in boost for like a second and let off and im not going to push her and something bad happens.

also one more thing, my idle stays at good afrs as the previous map, but when I accelerate and let go off the gas my idle goes up and down, it cut off on me once man I wish I can get this tuning thing down so I can at least not bother people about my tune. "this is for both tunes the second goes to 12.5 at least from what I have seen

here are the logs, roadspike the try 1 is the first map, try 2 is the second you told me to try afterwards

Geez your AFR's just go everywhere somethings your o2 feeback is positive then moments later its in the negetive. Its like your car refuses to be consistent. Usually I see this kind of thing with air leaks but without your car to test for them I really can't know.

The other possibility is exhaust leaks.

Next time can you make sure you log airflow with it?

yeah im just going to log everything and and see where that goes. do you mean like a boost leak tester? if so I will just make one today at lowes lukickly I have a portable air compressor here. What I will do is when I drive to lowes I will log everything and post them back up again check back within a couple hours

got logs with airflow, I logged pretty much everything that might seem improtant.

the lower memory one is the start up and warm up, the longer one was my trip to lowes...

For some reason the car didnt have any idle issues compared to last night?

That may even confirm some kind of leak or mechanical issue causing the issues.

When I plot this thing out the correction factor is all over the place so I really can't see what the car is doing or why its doing this. If it was just afr it would probably be easier as o2 feedback tends to be pretty sporadic at best.

so the O2 sensor is good? well im waiting on this cable to get here so I can log afrs and send them to you that might just be the issue then, im waiting for my boost leak tester to dry so I can use it tomorrow and see if theres any leaks.

what does ltft and stft mean and how are they used? I think im understanding this tuning thing a little bit more. When tweaking the maf scaling and maf smoothing what exactly am I looking for when hitting the 11.5 afr on wot and 14.7 for idle and cruise?
