Warranty Issues <Mega Merge>
Just bring it back in and point it out politely. If they don't help you, then discuss it with the service manager and keep going higher and higher as needed.
But don't lose your temper. Explain the problem and how it's a real bummer for you. They should help you out. If they don't, eventually you may have to contact Mitsubishi U.S. HQ or send a letter to the dealership.
Small claims court is your ultimate recourse. Good luck!

Wow thanks for the fast reply. I'll give it a shot. I'm just afraid, with all the horror stories of dealerships screwing over legitimate people on repairs, warranties, etc., that they'll call me a liar and tell me I'm just trying to put the blame on them.

That is certainly a risk; I agree. You need to anticipate that issue and explain whatever happens to be the truth. For example, it may be that you have never worked on the car yourself; never removed the wheels, etc.
If it were me, I could honestly say my wheels were perfect when I brought them in, and I would look them right in the eye and tell them that. Push comes to shove, I might ask politely to see the mechanic's tools to see whether they have sharp edges that match up with the wheel damage.
I would also rack my brains to make sure they were not damaged by someone else previously, of course. And I would cop to any previous damage, curb rash, etc.
It's not a guaranteed approach, but it's better than any alternatives I can think of.

keep complaining and going up the ladder til all your options are utilized. I know a guy that has a sti, was looking at a wrx-test drove it- and the salesman put a55hole on the paperwork that the guys dad noticed. He lost his **** and went berzerk. He got a 06 sti instead for 31,000grand with the navi. So sometimes you have to play hardball to get results. I would be polite at first but if you got to let loose, do what you gotta do. Also if mitsu doesn't help call consumer protection agency and file a complaint.
Well the thing about checking their equipment is that they rotated my tires once before and that time, everything was okay. It's just this last one. Don't know if some new guy was working on it or if they were just negligent this time. Well, next time I'm in, I'm going to "discuss" this with them.

They tell me my mods cause the paint not to stick to the metal. anyone else see heard of this before. i am only at like 330WHP. they say eahaust mods and short throw make the car too quick and th epqaint flaks off. WTF<
