little update on my car so far.

I ordered a ton of parts got deals, and got some where I had to suck up the cost becuase people order too quickly

here is what I have and what im buying

Evo 8 radiator support - 1k "made a deal with a shop to do my custom work..."

Evo 8 hood latch - $38.00 ebay

Evo 8 hood - 150

Radiator - 57.98 ebay

ac condensor - 117.03 autopartswarehouse.com

Evo 8 fenders - 257.00 EVOM

Front bumper - sale pending 300-350

Evo 8 headlights with HID - $375.00 EVOM

Evo 8 headlight wire connectors - 100 "debating if I need these since it comes with the ballast harness...

Estimated total spending - 2445.01

insurance check - 1800.00

left to spend - 645.01

so if the bumper does not come thru I will just get the hood and drive around without a bumper just to get me going.

Does anyone know if the evo 8 crash beam work with my conversion? Reason why is because I saw that Turbotime had to get a custom front for his so im not sure

Here's a little update for you guys, so I almost have all my parts to get it running, I have a black hood which is no bueno so I have to either get it painted or sell it and find me a hood that matches, all my other parts such as fenders and front 8 bumper are silver so I saved a ton of money on paint. The car will be done next week probably thursday and ready to drive Friday. So right now parts are getting delivered and everything should be here by the time the car is finished. Then I will post a how to so if Y'all ever decide to do this the info will be available. So looks like I will be the first completed lancer evo 8 conversion with a turbo on it.
