I don't know why you quoted me, since what you just posted has absolutely nothing to do with what I was talking about, which is a street car with the tuning upside of the Evo 7 thru 9. The WRC 2017 cars aren't coming to a showroom near you.

One is the possibility of fuel flow regulation....sounds like WRC talk for "restrictor plate" implementation.

More likely F1 style flow rate monitoring (which effectively limits the F1 cars to about 10500 RPM and severely limits their power output).

The highlights are:
- Engine power will be increased to 380bhp, from a current notional figure of 300.
- weight reduction of 25kg.
- turbo's restrictor will be increased from 34 to 36mm, w/2.5 bar max boost pressure.
- return of center diff
- greater freedom on the lateral parts of the front bumper, with potential for additional aero devices ahead of the front wheels.
- The rear of the cars will also be in for a makeover with bigger rear wings

So more hp, lighter weight, and better aero.

Some drivers are expressing concerns:

"In places like Finland, the speeds could be a lot higher. We could be cutting half a minute off some stage records... We have to think about what we're going to be doing here. There are places on last year's [Finland] route where you really wouldn't want to be going much quicker."

Yup...all along the same lines to limit output. NASCAR is now coming out of the dinosaur age and starting to use FI in Sprint cars.

Alot of the new WRC legislation is still in the consideration phase.

I am pretty sure the above changes are locked in, as manufacturers are already testing their '17 cars. But yes, everything in racing is subject to change.

So i dont know. lol i love the Lime green and Matte black RS colors that would be my choice or of course the White. But since no wide body, the White might would be too commercial looking.
I remember this blue color from 1970, back when my new car was a Maverick with dog dish hubcaps. It was featured on the Boss Mustang and other high performance models.

It's an awesome color. Not sure why WSB doesn't like it. The new S550 chassis mustang isn't available in grabber blue..
